By using snappost.in or the SnapPost mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SnapPost provides AI-assisted tools to create captions, hashtags, and social media content and to publish or schedule posts to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. Features and limits depend on your plan (Free or Pro).
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and comply with Facebook and Instagram platform policies when publishing.
You may not use SnapPost for unlawful content, spam, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or to attempt to disrupt our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform rules.
AI captions and hashtags are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We do not guarantee specific marketing results or engagement outcomes.
Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Free plan limits apply as described on our pricing page and in the app. Refunds follow the app store policies.
SnapPost software, branding, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of media you upload. You grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the service.
SnapPost is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by applicable law and limit liability as permitted for consumer and business software services in India.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
