SnapPost ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit snappost.in, contact us, or use the SnapPost mobile app, and how we use it.
Website contact form: name, email, topic, and message you submit. App usage: account details, business profile, photos and videos you upload for post creation, and connected social account tokens required to publish to Facebook and Instagram.
We use your information to provide SnapPost services, respond to support requests, improve the product, process subscriptions, and publish content you explicitly schedule or approve to your connected social accounts.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate SnapPost (hosting, payment processing, social platform APIs) and when required by law.
We retain account and post data while your account is active. Contact form submissions are kept for support and record-keeping. You may request deletion by emailing us.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us. App users can manage account and connected social permissions in the SnapPost app settings.
