SnapPost Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You confirm that you use SnapPost for a business or professional purpose you are authorized to represent.

2. The service

SnapPost helps you create social media posts with AI, design posters, and publish or schedule content to connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI-generated captions and images can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Provide accurate business and contact information

Tell us right away at hello@snappost.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connecting social accounts

When you connect Meta accounts, you authorize SnapPost to use the permissions you grant only to publish, schedule, and manage posts and replies on your behalf. You must have admin rights to the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you connect.

You can disconnect at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops future publishing but does not delete content already posted on social platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use
• Post misleading, harmful, illegal, or infringing material
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Get around usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use the service to spam or automate harmful activity

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: you keep ownership of the photos and materials you upload. You give SnapPost a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content only to provide the service, including AI processing and publishing to the platforms you choose.

Our content: the SnapPost software, designs, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except through normal use of SnapPost.

AI output: captions, hashtags, and posters generated by AI are suggestions. We do not guarantee that they are unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights.

7. Plans, billing, and renewals (SnapPost Pro)

• The free trial includes limited features as described on the pricing page and in the app.
• SnapPost Pro is offered as monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans. Current prices are listed at https://snappost.in/pricing.
• Website payments are processed by Razorpay. Whether a plan renews automatically is shown at checkout. You can manage a web plan in Dashboard → Manage subscription.
• For questions about a website payment, including refund requests, email hello@snappost.app from your registered email address.
• In-app purchases are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Prices may change. We will give notice as required by law and by the payment platform's rules.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, any particular reach or engagement on social platforms, or error-free AI output.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, SnapPost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000 / USD 50. Where the law does not allow some of these limits, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SnapPost harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights, including Meta platform policies.

11. Termination

You can stop using SnapPost at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if legal or security reasons require it. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, such as payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution, will continue to apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always at https://snappost.in/terms with its "Last updated" date. We may notify you of material changes in the app. Continuing to use SnapPost after a change means you accept the updated terms.
